Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer support to Nordic-speaking clients through various communication methods, including phone, email, and live chat.
  • Assist customers with banking inquiries, account management, and product information.
  • Maintain a strong knowledge of banking products, policies, and regulations to effectively address customer needs.
  • Document customer interactions in the company's CRM system for accurate record-keeping.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify areas for service improvement and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in continuous training initiatives to develop skills and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Provide feedback on customer service processes and contribute ideas for enhancements.

Requirements

  • Fluent in one of the Nordic languages (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish), both written and spoken; proficiency in English is also required.
  • Strong customer service skills with effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Prior experience in customer service, particularly within the banking or financial sector, is preferred.
  • Keen understanding of banking products and customer support systems.
  • A proactive attitude, adaptability, and enthusiasm for learning in a dynamic industry.
