Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is thrilled to announce a fantastic opportunity for a Nordic Speaking Customer Service Representative for the Fitness & Sports Equipment Department. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about fitness and sports and are dedicated to providing excellent customer service to Nordic-speaking clients.
Responsibilities- Deliver outstanding customer service to Nordic-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to fitness and sports equipment, including product specifications, orders, and troubleshooting.
- Provide insights and recommendations to customers based on their fitness needs and preferences.
- Handle complaints and feedback professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest fitness trends and product offerings.
- Document all customer interactions and feedback for ongoing improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Finnish, or Icelandic) and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in the fitness, sports, or retail industry.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to handle inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
- Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- A genuine passion for fitness and sports equipment, along with a willingness to learn about new products.
