In this dynamic position, you will assist Nordic-speaking customers with their inquiries, providing them with accurate information and support regarding automotive products and services. Your Responsibilities- Provide exemplary customer service to Nordic-speaking clients through various channels (phone, email, chat).
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding automotive products and services.
- Resolve issues effectively and efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions to maintain service quality and consistency.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and improve the customer experience.
- Engage in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and service expertise.
Requirements
- Fluency in one of the Nordic languages (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish) and English is essential.
- Previous experience in customer service is an advantage, but not mandatory.
- A genuine interest in the automotive industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with a positive attitude.
- Adaptability and openness to work in a multicultural environment.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece for this exciting opportunity
