Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat to French-speaking clients.
- Assist customers with inquiries about automotive products, services, and technical support.
- Efficiently resolve customer issues and complaints while maintaining professionalism.
- Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in our systems.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and assist in various projects.
- Stay up-to-date with automotive trends and product knowledge to better serve customers.
Requirements
- Fluency in French (both spoken and written) is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive industry, is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Interest and knowledge in automotive technology and products is desirable.
- Proficient in using digital communication tools and customer management software.
