Your Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer support to French-speaking clients in the automotive insurance domain via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to insurance policies, claims, and coverage options, offering accurate information and guidance.
- Document customer interactions thoroughly in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve service goals and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
- Participate in ongoing training to keep abreast of industry regulations and service enhancements.
Requirements
- Fluency in French (written and spoken) is essential. Please ensure that your nationality and native language is clearly state in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
- A strong commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.
- Previous experience in customer support or the insurance industry is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive team player with a positive attitude.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
