Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat communications in German.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to automotive products, services, and technical support.
- Effectively resolve customer complaints while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Educate customers about product features, specifications, and maintenance.
- Document customer interactions clearly and accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service processes and customer experiences.
- Stay informed about automotive trends and product updates to provide informed assistance.
Requirements
- Fluency in German (both spoken and written) is essential.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Prior experience in customer service, particularly in the automotive industry, is an advantage.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Interest in automotive products and knowledge of technical aspects is a significant plus.
- Proficiency in using digital communication tools and customer relationship management software.
