Patrique Mercier Recruitment is excited to offer a great opportunity for a German Speaking Customer Service Representative for the Fitness & Sports Equipment Department. In this role, you will provide exceptional support to German-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries related to fitness products, order management, and general customer service. Your passion for fitness and commitment to customer satisfaction will play a vital role in maintaining a positive experience for our clients. Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to German-speaking clients through various communication channels.
  • Assist customers with inquiries about fitness and sports equipment, including product details and recommendations.
  • Process orders, handle returns, and troubleshoot customer issues efficiently.
  • Accurately document customer interactions in the CRM system for effective tracking and follow-up.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns and inquiries.
  • Stay informed about the latest trends and developments in the fitness and sports equipment industry.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German and English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
  • Experience in customer service, particularly in the fitness or retail industry, is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and general computer applications.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to multi-task effectively.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
