Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for a German Speaking Customer Service Representative for the Fitness & Sports Equipment Department. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about fitness and sports and are enthusiastic about providing excellent customer service to clients in the industry.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality customer service to German-speaking clients regarding fitness and sports equipment via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with product inquiries, order placements, and after-sales support.
  • Provide knowledgeable advice on the use and maintenance of fitness equipment.
  • Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally, ensuring timely resolutions.
  • Stay updated on the latest product offerings and trends in the fitness industry to enhance customer interactions.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately and maintain organized records.
  • Collaborate with sales and technical teams to address and resolve complex customer issues.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in the fitness or sports equipment sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented approach.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and provide clear solutions for customer inquiries.
  • Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • A passion for fitness and sports, with a willingness to learn about new products and trends.
