You will assist German-speaking customers with their inquiries about our range of fitness and sports equipment, ensuring they have a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience. Your Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to German-speaking clients through phone, email, and live chat.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information in a timely manner.
  • Resolve issues and complaints professionally, always aiming for customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions for quality control.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and meet departmental goals.
  • Engage in ongoing training to stay informed about fitness products and trends.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential. Your nationality and native language should be stated on your C.V.
  • Passion for fitness and an understanding of sports equipment.
  • Previous experience in customer service is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours to accommodate customer needs.
  • A desire to learn and grow in a dynamic and supportive environment
