As a Customer Service Representative, you will assist Dutch-speaking customers with their inquiries, provide product information, and ensure an exceptional overall experience. Your Responsibilities- Deliver outstanding customer service to Dutch-speaking clients regarding fitness and sports equipment inquiries.
- Assist customers with product selection, order processing, and post-purchase support.
- Handle customer questions and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Document customer interactions and feedback to help improve service quality.
- Collaborate closely with team members to meet departmental goals.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and service skills.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is required. Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated.
- A strong interest in fitness and sports is preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service is an advantage, but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving abilities and a positive, customer-oriented approach.
- A willingness to collaborate and thrive in a team environment.
- Enthusiasm for helping others achieve their fitness goals
