This position is designed for individuals who are passionate about the automotive industry and dedicated to providing exceptional service to Norwegian-speaking clients.
Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer service to Norwegian-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to automotive products, services, and technical support.
- Guide customers through the purchasing process, ensuring they have all the information needed to make informed decisions.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback efficiently, always striving for a high level of satisfaction.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of automotive products and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
- Document all customer interactions and feedback for ongoing service improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex inquiries and provide timely solutions.
Requirements
- Fluency in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, particularly in the automotive or related industries, is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to work effectively under pressure.
- Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- A genuine interest in the automotive field and the desire to help customers with their inquiries.
