Responsibilities- Handle inquiries from German-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.

- Address and resolve customer concerns in a timely manner to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the company's CRM system.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to improve service delivery and enhance customer experience.
- Attend training sessions to stay updated on product offerings and industry developments.
Requirements
- Fluency in German, both written and spoken, with proficiency in English.
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
- Experience in banking or financial services is a plus.
