Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality customer service to Dutch-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, order placement, and troubleshooting issues related to health and wellness products.
- Provide detailed information regarding product features, benefits, and usage guidelines.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system to ensure effective follow-up and support.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve the customer experience and address any product-related concerns.
- Stay informed about health and wellness trends and product offerings to provide knowledgeable assistance.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch and English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in the health and wellness sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer applications.
- Able to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
