As a Customer Service Representative, you will assist Dutch-speaking customers with their inquiries, provide product information, and ensure an outstanding shopping experience. Your Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to beauty and skincare products.
  • Provide accurate information about products, promotions, and usage.
  • Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor in all interactions.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback to support service improvement.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve customer satisfaction goals.
  • Engage in ongoing training to enhance your expertise in beauty and skincare.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential.
  • A genuine interest in beauty and skincare products.
  • Strong passion for customer service and helping clients.
  • Previous customer service experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team and a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to learn and grow within a dynamic and innovative industry
