Responsibilities- Assist Dutch-speaking passengers with inquiries and provide information related to aviation services.
- Support travelers during various stages of their journey, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
- Effectively handle complaints and inquiries, offering solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with airline and airport staff to facilitate efficient operations.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the company's policies, procedures, and services to provide accurate information.
- Document all interactions with customers in the relevant systems for tracking and quality assurance.
- Engage in training and development opportunities to stay updated on best practices in the aviation industry.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch and English is mandatory, additional languages are a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or aviation is preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle customer inquiries efficiently.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required.
