Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer service to Spanish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding flight bookings, cancellations, and travel information.
- Handle customer complaints professionally, ensuring prompt resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate passenger needs and provide accurate information.
- Maintain awareness of aviation policies, regulations, and company procedures to provide compliant support.
- Document customer interactions and feedback accurately to enhance service quality.
- Contribute to team efforts to improve customer service processes and overall efficiency.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in the aviation or travel industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and empathy.
- Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- A passion for aviation and ensuring positive customer experiences.
