Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer service to German-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with flight inquiries, booking changes, cancellations, and general aviation-related questions.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions accurately and maintain detailed records in the company's database.
- Collaborate with internal departments to address customer needs and provide timely solutions.
- Stay updated on the latest aviation policies, procedures, and promotions to provide knowledgeable assistance.
- Promote a positive and professional image of the company in all customer interactions.
Requirements
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, preferably within the aviation or travel industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle challenging situations and provide effective solutions.
- Proficient in customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational capabilities.
- A genuine interest in aviation and a passion for helping customers.
