This role is perfect for individuals passionate about the aviation industry who are eager to provide top-tier support to Dutch-speaking clients.
Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to Dutch-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to flight bookings, cancellations, and general travel-related questions.
- Handle complaints and resolve issues promptly while ensuring a consistent commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of current airline policies, services, and promotions to provide accurate information.
- Collaborate with various internal teams to facilitate smooth transactions and address customer concerns effectively.
- Document all customer interactions meticulously for future reference and quality assurance.
- Foster positive relationships with customers to encourage loyalty and repeat business.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer service, particularly within the aviation or travel sector, is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle stressful situations and resolve complaints effectively.
- Proficient in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required.
