In this essential role, you will be responsible for providing outstanding support to our Dutch-speaking clients in the aviation sector. Your expertise will help customers navigate their inquiries and resolve issues effectively, ensuring a seamless travel experience. If you are passionate about aviation and customer service, this position is the perfect match for you
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer support to Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with queries related to flight reservations, cancellations, and general travel information.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues while ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for tracking and reporting.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex inquiries efficiently.
- Stay updated on aviation policies, travel regulations, and product offerings to inform and assist customers.
- Contribute to team goals and service improvements through collaboration and feedback.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Passion for the aviation industry and customer service.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a detail-oriented approach.
- Prior experience in customer support or within the aviation sector is preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive mindset with a customer-centric attitude.
- Willingness to live and work in Greece.
