As a French Speaking Customer Service Representative, you will assist French-speaking customers with their inquiries regarding skincare products, helping them find the best solutions to enhance their beauty routines. Join a dynamic team and immerse yourself in the world of beauty while delivering exceptional customer experiences

Your Responsibilities
  • Deliver top-tier customer service to French-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
  • Respond to customer inquiries related to beauty and skincare products efficiently.
  • Provide personalized recommendations based on customer needs.
  • Maintain a friendly and professional attitude in all customer interactions.
  • Document customer interactions accurately and provide feedback for service improvement.
  • Collaborate with team members to exceed performance targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Engage in training sessions to stay updated on products and best practices in beauty care.

Requirements

  • Fluency in French (both written and spoken) is a must. Please ensure that your nationality and native language is clearly state in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
  • A strong passion for beauty, skincare, and customer service.
  • Prior experience in customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to approach problems with a positive and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Desire to learn and grow within the beauty and skincare industry
