Responsibilities- Provide top-notch customer service to French-speaking clients through various communication channels.
- Handle customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure overall satisfaction.
- Promote products and services effectively to drive sales and achieve company goals.
- Document customer interactions carefully in the CRM for ongoing improvement.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance team performance and customer experience.
- Participate in training sessions to stay informed about products and service techniques.
Requirements
- Fluent in French (both written and spoken) with proficiency in English.
- Strong customer service skills and a passion for assisting others.
- Advanced Knowledge of Technical Support is an advantage.
- Previous experience in customer service or sales roles is a plus.
- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to different customer needs.
- Effective problem solver with a keen attention to detail.
- A collaborative team player who can also work independently.
