Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is thrilled to offer a rewarding opportunity for a French Speaking Customer Service Representative for the Fitness & Sports Equipment Department. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about fitness and sports while providing excellent customer support to French-speaking clients.
Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer service to French-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to fitness and sports equipment, including product details, availability, and specifications.
- Guide customers through the purchasing process, ensuring they make informed decisions about their equipment needs.
- Handle customer complaints and queries professionally, ensuring effective resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of the product range and current promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
- Document all customer interactions and maintain organized records for future reference.
- Collaborate with sales and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries and service quality.
Requirements
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in retail, fitness, or related sectors.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to understand and respond to customers' needs effectively.
- Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- A passion for fitness and knowledge of sports equipment is highly desirable.
