You will assist French-speaking customers in navigating our extensive range of sports equipment, addressing inquiries, and ensuring they have a satisfying shopping experience. Your Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to French-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to fitness and sports equipment.
  • Provide product knowledge and recommendations to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor in all communications.
  • Document customer interactions accurately to facilitate continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet service goals and enhance the customer experience.
  • Participate in training sessions to deepen your knowledge of the products offered.

Requirements

  • Fluency in French (both written and spoken) is essential. Please ensure that your nationality and native language is clearly state in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
  • A strong passion for fitness and sports equipment.
  • Previous experience in customer service is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to troubleshoot customer issues effectively and positively.
  • Willingness to learn and share knowledge with colleagues.
  • A team player with a commitment to delivering top-notch service to customers
