This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about health and wellness and desire to help customers find the right products to enhance their wellbeing.
Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer service to French-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries related to health and wellness products.
- Assist customers with product information, recommendations, and order inquiries.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Document all interactions with customers thoroughly in the company's database.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, current health trends, and promotions to deliver accurate information to customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery and support product-related queries effectively.
- Create a positive shopping experience by fostering friendly and professional relationships with customers.
Requirements
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, particularly within the health and wellness or retail sectors is desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused attitude.
- Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational capabilities.
- A genuine interest in health and wellness products and helping customers achieve their goals.
