Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to French-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to electronic products and services.
- Effectively manage and resolve customer issues and complaints with professionalism.
- Guide customers in selecting suitable electronic products based on their needs.
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and inquiries.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and changes within the Electronics Department.
Requirements
- Fluency in French (both spoken and written) is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Strong communication skills with a commitment to excellent customer service.
- Experience in customer service, preferably within the electronics industry, is advantageous.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities focused on customer satisfaction.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Interest in electronics and technology is essential.
- Proficient in using customer relationship management software and digital communication tools.
