In this role, you will provide expert technical support to French-speaking customers regarding various electronics products. You will troubleshoot issues, assist with product usage, and ensure that customers receive high-quality service and guidance. Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional technical support to French-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to electronic products effectively.
- Provide detailed explanations and instructions to help customers understand product features and functionalities.
- Document all customer interactions and solutions accurately in the support database.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and share insights on common issues.
- Monitor and report recurring problems to enhance product offerings and support strategies.
Requirements
- Fluency in French (both spoken and written) is essential, alongside proficient English skills.
- Prior experience in technical support or a relevant electronics role is preferred.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Able to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Familiarity with electronics products and support tools is an advantage.
- A passion for technology and helping customers resolve their issues is a must.
