We are currently seeking a French Speaking Customer Support Representative for the Home Entertainment Systems Department. This role is ideal for individuals who have a passion for home technology and want to provide exceptional service to French-speaking customers.
Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer support to French-speaking clients regarding home entertainment systems through phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, technical troubleshooting, and installation guidance.
- Educate clients on how to optimize the use of their home entertainment systems for enhanced user experience.
- Document customer interactions accurately and ensure timely follow-up on unresolved issues.
- Collaborate with technical teams to address complex customer issues and streamline service delivery.
- Stay informed about the latest products, features, and trends in home entertainment technology.
- Gather customer feedback to contribute to product and service enhancement initiatives.
Requirements
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer support, preferably in consumer electronics or home entertainment.
- Strong technical knowledge and passion for home technology products.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Proficient with customer support software and standard office tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
