Your Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer support to Spanish-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding home entertainment systems, helping them with setup, troubleshooting, and usage.
- Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve service goals and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Engage in ongoing training to stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
Requirements
- Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated within your application.
- Fluency in Spanish (written and spoken) is essential.
- A strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
- Previous experience in customer support or in the home entertainment industry is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
