Your Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer support to French-speaking clients through multiple communication channels.
- Assist customers with inquiries about home entertainment systems, troubleshooting issues, and providing solutions.
- Accurately document customer interactions and maintain records in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve service objectives and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
- Participate in ongoing training to improve your product knowledge and customer support skills.
Requirements
- Fluency in French (written and spoken) is essential. Please ensure that your nationality and native language is clearly state in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
- A strong enthusiasm for technology and home entertainment.
- Previous experience in customer support is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A collaborative team player with a positive attitude.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
