In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for Spanish-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries related to home entertainment products, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer support to Spanish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding product features, installation, and troubleshooting.
- Resolve customer complaints and technical issues efficiently to ensure satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective service delivery and address any operational concerns.
- Stay informed about product developments and industry trends to provide knowledgeable support to customers.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and English; additional language skills are a plus.
- Experience in customer support, particularly within the technology or home entertainment industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in standard office software.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
