Patrique Mercier Recruitment is thrilled to offer an exciting role for a French Speaking Banking Support Specialist based in our Athens office. This position is ideal for individuals who are enthusiastic about providing outstanding support in the banking sector and have a strong command of the French language. In this role, you will assist French-speaking clients with their banking inquiries, resolve issues, and guide them through various banking services. Responsibilities- Provide high-quality customer support through phone, email, and chat in French.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding banking services and account management.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally.
- Educate customers on banking products and services, ensuring they understand their options.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed about banking regulations and product offerings to assist customers effectively.
Requirements
- Fluency in French (both spoken and written) is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in banking or financial services, is desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with banking products and regulations is a plus.
- Willingness to work onsite in Athens.
