In this role, you will provide exceptional technical support to French-speaking users, helping them navigate and resolve issues related to the search engine's features and functionalities. Your role will be essential in ensuring user satisfaction and enhancing the overall customer experience. Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality technical support to French-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of technical issues effectively, ensuring a smooth user experience.
  • Guide users in utilizing the features of the search engine effectively and addressing their inquiries.
  • Document all customer interactions and resolutions in the support database accurately.
  • Collaborate with team members to continuously improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify recurring issues and provide feedback to enhance the product and support processes.

Requirements

  • Fluency in French (both spoken and written) is essential, along with good English skills.
  • Previous experience in technical support or a related IT position is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece, with relocation assistance provided.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
  • Familiarity with customer support software or CRM tools is an advantage.
