Responsibilities- Provide expert consultation to French-speaking clients regarding search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) strategies.
- Assist clients in leveraging search engine platforms and tools to enhance their advertising campaigns.
- Analyze client performance metrics and provide actionable insights for improvement.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops on best practices for search engine marketing.
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure successful implementation of client strategies.
- Stay informed about industry trends, search engine algorithm changes, and digital marketing innovations.
- Respond to inquiries and resolve issues to ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in digital marketing, SEO, SEM, or related fields is preferred.
- Strong understanding of search engine tools and performance analytics.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, focused on delivering excellent customer service.
- Familiarity with CRM software and digital marketing platforms is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- A self-motivated individual who can work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
