Responsibilities
  • Deliver tailored consultations to Estonian-speaking customers on search engine optimization and effective online marketing techniques.
  • Assist clients with troubleshooting and resolving issues related to their search engine accounts and campaigns.
  • Assess customer needs and recommend customized solutions to enhance their online visibility.
  • Educate clients on product capabilities and best practices in digital marketing.
  • Document client interactions and feedback to continually improve customer service.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing and advancements in search engine technology.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Estonian (spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
  • Prior experience in customer service, consulting, or digital marketing is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) and pay-per-click (PPC) marketing.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
  • Analytical mindset to interpret data and provide actionable client insights.
  • Genuine passion for assisting clients in achieving their digital marketing objectives.
  • Familiarity with digital tools and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
