Responsibilities
  • Deliver personalized consultations to Dutch-speaking customers on search engine optimization and effective online marketing strategies.
  • Assist clients in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to their search engine accounts and campaigns.
  • Assess customer needs and recommend tailored solutions to improve their online presence.
  • Educate clients about product functionalities and industry best practices for maximizing search engine efficiency.
  • Document client interactions and gather feedback to enhance service delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in digital marketing and advancements in search engine technologies.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch (spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is an advantage.
  • Previous experience in customer service, consulting, or digital marketing is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) and pay-per-click (PPC) marketing.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Analytical abilities to interpret data and provide actionable insights to clients.
  • Genuine enthusiasm for helping clients achieve their digital marketing objectives.
  • Familiarity with digital tools and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
