Responsibilities- Provide tailored consultation to Dutch-speaking clients on search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) strategies.
- Assist clients in navigating search engine platforms and tools to maximize their advertising efforts.
- Analyze client performance metrics and deliver actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops on best practices in search engine marketing.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful implementation of client strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends, search engine algorithm changes, and advancements in digital marketing.
- Promptly address customer inquiries and resolve issues to maintain a high level of client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in digital marketing, SEO, SEM, or related fields is preferred.
- Strong understanding of search engine tools and performance analytics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong focus on customer service.
- Familiarity with CRM software and digital marketing platforms is advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- A proactive self-starter who can work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
