Responsibilities- Conduct personalized consultations with Dutch-speaking customers on search engine optimization and online marketing strategies.
- Assist clients in troubleshooting issues related to their search engine accounts and campaigns.
- Evaluate client needs and suggest tailored solutions to enhance online presence.
- Educate clients on product functionalities and industry best practices for maximizing search engine effectiveness.
- Document interactions and gather customer feedback to refine service delivery.
- Stay informed about the latest trends in digital marketing and advancements in search engine technologies.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch (spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is advantageous.
- Previous experience in customer service, consulting, or digital marketing is preferred.
- Strong understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) and pay-per-click (PPC) marketing.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Analytical abilities to interpret data and provide actionable insights to clients.
- Genuine enthusiasm for helping clients achieve their digital marketing objectives.
- Familiarity with digital tools and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
