Responsibilities
  • Deliver personalized consultations to German-speaking customers on search engine optimization and online marketing strategies.

  • Assess customer needs and recommend tailored solutions to enhance their online presence.
  • Educate clients on product functionalities and industry best practices to maximize their search engine effectiveness.
  • Document client interactions and gather feedback to improve service delivery.
  • Stay informed about the latest trends in digital marketing and advancements in search engine technologies.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German (spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is advantageous.
  • Previous experience in customer service, consulting, or digital marketing is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) and pay-per-click (PPC) advertising.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Analytical abilities to interpret data and provide actionable insights to clients.
  • Genuine enthusiasm for helping clients achieve their digital marketing objectives.
  • Familiarity with digital tools and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
