Responsibilities
  • Conduct one-on-one consultations with German-speaking clients to provide insights on search engine optimization and digital marketing strategies.
  • Resolve technical queries related to clients' search engine accounts and services.
  • Analyze client needs and recommend tailored approaches to enhance their search engine visibility.
  • Educate clients on the features and best practices for utilizing search engine tools effectively.
  • Document client interactions and gather feedback for service improvement and satisfaction monitoring.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing and innovations in search engine technologies.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German (spoken and written) is mandatory; knowledge of English is advantageous.
  • Experience in customer service, consulting, or digital marketing is highly preferred.
  • Solid understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) and experience with pay-per-click (PPC) advertising.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical ability to interpret data and deliver practical solutions to clients.
  • Genuine enthusiasm for helping clients reach their digital marketing objectives.
  • Familiarity with relevant digital tools and customer relationship management (CRM) platforms.
