Responsibilities
  • Offer specialized consultation to Nordic-speaking clients on search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) strategies.
  • Assist clients in effectively using search engine platforms and tools to enhance their advertising efforts.
  • Conduct detailed analyses of client performance metrics, providing actionable insights for improvement.
  • Facilitate training sessions and workshops to educate clients on best practices in search engine marketing.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the effective execution of client strategies.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, search engine algorithm updates, and innovations in digital marketing.
  • Quickly respond to client inquiries and resolve any issues to ensure a positive client experience.

Requirements

  • Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Swedish, Danish, Finnish, Norwegian) and English, both written and verbal.
  • Experience in digital marketing, SEO, SEM, or related fields is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of search engine tools and analytics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and digital marketing platforms is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • A proactive and self-motivated approach, capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team.
