Responsibilities
  • Deliver expert guidance to Nordic-speaking customers on search engine optimization and effective online marketing strategies.
  • Assist clients in troubleshooting issues related to their search engine accounts and campaigns.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend tailored solutions to improve their online visibility.
  • Educate clients on product functionalities and industry best practices for maximizing search engine effectiveness.
  • Document client interactions and gather feedback to continuously improve service delivery.
  • Stay informed about the latest trends in digital marketing and advancements in search engine technologies.

Requirements

  • Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Danish, Finnish, Norwegian, Swedish) and proficiency in English is essential.
  • Experience in customer service, consulting, or digital marketing is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) and pay-per-click (PPC) advertising.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Genuine enthusiasm for helping clients achieve their digital marketing goals.
  • Familiarity with digital tools and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
