Responsibilities
  • Provide expert consultation to Italian-speaking clients regarding search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) strategies.
  • Assist clients in effectively utilizing search engine platforms and tools to achieve better performance in their advertising campaigns.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of client performance data, providing actionable insights for ongoing improvement.
  • Host training sessions and workshops to educate clients on best practices in search engine marketing.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation of client strategies.
  • Stay current on industry trends, search engine algorithm updates, and innovations in digital marketing.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries and resolve issues efficiently to deliver a positive client experience.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Italian and English, both written and verbal.
  • Previous experience in digital marketing, SEO, SEM, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of search engine tools and analytics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, emphasizing customer satisfaction.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and digital marketing platforms is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
  • A proactive and self-motivated approach, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
