Responsibilities
  • Deliver expert advice to Italian-speaking customers regarding search engine optimization and effective online marketing strategies.
  • Assist clients in resolving technical issues related to their search engine accounts and digital marketing strategies.
  • Assess customer needs and deliver tailored solutions to enhance their online presence.
  • Educate clients on product functionalities and industry best practices to maximize search engine performance.
  • Document all client interactions and feedback to improve service delivery.
  • Stay informed about the latest trends in digital marketing and search engine technology.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Italian (spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is advantageous.
  • Previous experience in customer service, consulting, or digital marketing is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) and pay-per-click (PPC) marketing.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Analytical mindset to interpret data and create actionable recommendations for clients.
  • Genuine enthusiasm for helping clients achieve their digital marketing objectives.
  • Familiarity with digital tools and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
