Responsibilities
  • Offer tailored consultations to Italian-speaking customers on search engine optimization and effective online marketing strategies.
  • Assist clients in troubleshooting issues related to their search engine accounts and campaigns.
  • Evaluate customer needs and provide personalized recommendations to improve their online visibility.
  • Educate clients about product features and industry best practices for maximizing search engine effectiveness.
  • Document client interactions and feedback to continually improve service delivery.
  • Stay informed about the latest trends in digital marketing and advancements in search engine technologies.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Italian (spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is advantageous.
  • Previous experience in customer service, consulting, or digital marketing is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) and pay-per-click (PPC) marketing.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Analytical abilities to interpret data and provide actionable insights to clients.
  • Genuine enthusiasm for helping clients achieve their digital marketing goals.
  • Familiarity with digital tools and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
