Responsibilities
  • Provide tailored consultation to Italian-speaking clients on search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) tactics.
  • Assist clients in navigating search engine platforms and tools to maximize their advertising campaigns.
  • Analyze client performance metrics and offer actionable recommendations for improvement.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops on best practices for search engine usage.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful implementation of client strategies.
  • Keep informed of industry trends, search engine algorithm changes, and advancements in digital marketing.
  • Respond to client inquiries promptly and resolve issues effectively to ensure a positive client experience.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in digital marketing, SEO, SEM, or related fields is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of search engine tools and performance analytics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on customer satisfaction.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and digital marketing platforms is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
