Responsibilities
  • Provide tailored consultation to German-speaking clients on search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM).
  • Assist clients in effectively leveraging search engine platforms and tools to enhance their advertising results.
  • Conduct thorough analyses of client performance data, providing actionable insights for improvement.
  • Facilitate training sessions and workshops to educate clients on best practices in search engine marketing.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful execution of client strategies.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, search engine algorithm updates, and advancements in digital marketing.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries and resolve issues to ensure a positive overall experience.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German and English, both written and verbal.
  • Experience in digital marketing, SEO, SEM, or related fields is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of search engine tools and analytics.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, focusing on client satisfaction.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and digital marketing platforms is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • A proactive and self-motivated approach, capable of working independently and as part of a team.
