Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic consultation to Spanish-speaking clients regarding search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM).
  • Guide clients in effectively utilizing search engine platforms and tools to enhance their advertising efforts.
  • Analyze client performance data and provide actionable insights for improvement.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate clients on best practices for search engine marketing.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the effective implementation of client strategies.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, search engine algorithm changes, and advancements in digital marketing.
  • Quickly address customer inquiries and resolve issues to ensure a positive client experience.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and verbal.
  • Prior experience in digital marketing, SEO, SEM, or related fields is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of search engine tools and analytics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and digital marketing platforms is a plus.
  • Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
  • A proactive and self-motivated individual capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team.
