Responsibilities- Provide expert consultation to Spanish-speaking clients regarding search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) strategies.
- Assist customers in effectively utilizing search engine platforms and tools to enhance their advertising campaigns.
- Analyze client performance metrics and provide actionable insights for optimization.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops on best practices for search engine marketing.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the effective implementation of client strategies.
- Stay updated with industry trends, search engine algorithm changes, and emerging digital marketing solutions.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
- Prior experience in digital marketing, SEO, SEM, or related fields is desirable.
- Strong understanding of search engine tools and analytics.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
- Familiarity with CRM software and digital marketing platforms is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- A self-motivated individual who can work independently or as part of a collaborative team.
