Responsibilities
  • Deliver personalized consultations to Spanish-speaking clients on search engine optimization and effective marketing strategies.
  • Assist clients with any technical issues related to their search engine accounts and campaigns.
  • Evaluate client needs and recommend tailored solutions to improve their online visibility.
  • Educate clients on product functionalities and industry best practices to maximize search engine effectiveness.
  • Document interactions with clients and gather feedback to refine service delivery and enhance client satisfaction.
  • Stay current on digital marketing trends and developments in search engine technology.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish (spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
  • Experience in customer service, consulting, or digital marketing is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) and pay-per-click (PPC) advertising.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
