Responsibilities
  • Conduct one-on-one consultations with Polish-speaking clients, focusing on search engine optimization and strategic digital marketing solutions.
  • Assist clients in resolving technical issues related to their search engine accounts and advertising campaigns.
  • Analyze client objectives and recommend tailored solutions to heighten their online visibility and performance.
  • Educate clients on search engine best practices and the effective use of digital marketing tools.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of client interactions and solicit feedback for continuous service improvement.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing and advancements in search engine technologies.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Polish (spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
  • Experience in customer service, consulting, or digital marketing is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) and familiarity with pay-per-click (PPC) advertising.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset to assess data and provide actionable insights to clients.
  • Enthusiasm for helping clients achieve their digital marketing objectives.
  • Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece, and embrace a new cultural experience.
  • Familiarity with relevant digital tools and customer relationship management (CRM) platforms.
